LSC Project Ratings Study: An Analysis of Data Collected Between 1997 and 2003

This study uses longitudinal data from LSC projects to examine the extent to which the project evolved over time in a number of key areas: quality of the professional development program; supportiveness of context for the LSC reforms; and the likelihood of institutionalization of LSC reforms. A series of hierarchical models was used to explore the relationship between program ratings and project age.
